"I’ve been a customer of Michael Gary’s State Farm for a while now, and I continue to be impressed with the level of personal attention I receive, even over the phone. I haven’t stepped foot in the office, but every interaction still feels like I’m talking to someone who knows me personally. That kind of familiarity and service is rare, especially with insurance. Melissa really stood out in my most recent experience. She was patient, thorough, and made sure all of my questions were answered without making me feel rushed or like a bother. She followed through on everything exactly when she said she would and even kept me updated along the way, which I truly appreciated. This agency makes me feel valued. Not just like another policy number and that means a lot. If you’re looking for an insurance provider that actually cares about their customers, I highly recommend giving them a call.
